Blizzardclan
The Cold and Ambitious
Loner Introduction
The fierce winds that blew from the snowy mountain ahead were forced against you, pushing you back as you tread through the freezing snow. There was barely any sight of light; the dark clouds above were eclipsing the sun from shining on the frozen ground. trees were nowhere in sight, and the underbrush is buried under the cold snow. You couldn't see anything within feet ahead of you; all you saw was whirling wind and snow.
Over the howling winds, a yowl rose in the air. You halted and attempted to look around. Where did it come from? Was another cat here? You had so many questions, but you were interrupted from your thoughts when a ball of fur rammed into your side, knocking you over and pinning you down into the snow with large black claws. They dug deep into your fur, slowly drawing blood as they pressed down harder into your skin. You were about to wail for help, but the cat on top of you hissed loudly; managing to yell over the wind's howling echo.
"How dare you tread in Blizzardclan territory?" The cat growled, quite obviously frustrated; no, enraged. Her piercing yellow eyes stared at you with a judging gaze. "Why come here when you can't even walk through snow? Compared to us Blizzardclan cats," She purred with amusement, "you're a kit! Your muscles are pathetic, your posture is horrid," She ranted on and on, smirking devilishly as she mocked you continuously. You were about to furiously snap at her, but she then changed her tone to a very serious, dark one. "Even though I pity you, I still won't accept something like this. Just padding through someone else's territory is rude; and you should feel ashamed, you loner!" She suddenly spat, Her long white fur standing on end. You felt confused by her very sudden mood-swings, and, in a way, intimidated. The howling winds were dying down, and the once flying snow now calmed and began to settle around you. As your vision cleared, you noticed the molly's large muscles, thorn-sharp claws, and tall posture. You also realized that large silhouettes of cats were appearing behind her; large, scary cats that were nearly twice your size. You could feel their gazes burning your fur.
"Well," She sighed, "you must have a decent reason for being here." She stepped off of you, letting her claws sheath. "So... why did you come here? Are you just asking to die? Or..." She murmured the last bit of her sentence, "Did you come here to join us?"
You stood up, shaking the snow from your fur. Droplets of scarlet red blood scattered from your wounds and onto the snow, staining it red. You perked up your ears in surprise when she asked you the question; feeling surprised by the curious tone in her voice. You stammered as you answered, feeling anxious about what you'd say.
She nodded with interest. "Alright... if that's the case, then come with me." She looked over her broad shoulder to look at a muscled grey tom behind her. "Boulderclaw, you keep your claws to yourself. I don't want any fighting between you two; ya' hear?" She purred, then she bounded off with astonishing speed towards the mountain ahead. The grey tom she talked to stayed back while the others sprinted away, staring you straight in the eye. He said nothing, and he bounded off with the others. You quickly scrambled after them, trying to catch up to them as they led you up the rocky side of the tall mountain.

Clan Introduction
Sunlight managed to pour into the nursery, lighting up the cats inside. A queen curled her tail around your tiny body, attempting to comfort you and warm you from the frigid new-leaf air. You could hear cats whisper to each-other, but their conversations were almost inaudible. A tom strode up to your mother's side, purring loudly as he looked down at you. Recognizing his scent, you mewled and rested your paws on your mother's shoulder, craning your neck upward to face him.
Your father, the tom, chuckled. "What a beautiful kit..." He meowed, never taking his eyes off of you.
Your mother nodded in agreement, looking over her shoulder at your father. "Yes, indeed. We're blessed to have a kit like you," She purred, turning to face you. "It'll be a while until you turn into an apprentice, my kit, but trust me; it won't be long." She smiled and licked your ear, her eyes glimmering in a happy manner.
You squeaked in surprise, and nearly fell backwards on the ground, but your mother saved you with a swing of her paw, letting your tiny body rest on her curled paw. "Whoa, there." She laughed, "Be careful, you pretty kitten." She purred, and she nuzzled you with her head, her body rumbling as she purred. You purred with her, headbutting her on the head playfully. Your father sighed and sat down beside you and your mother, looking on proudly. The cats gathered around you and your family, meowing comments like, 'How adorable...' and 'What a happy family!'. You closed your baby blue eyes and began to snore as you went into a deep slumber.

Rules to Follow
#1: Follow the rules that the moderators have set for us. If any of those rules are broken, I will speak to the moderators and inform them of the wrong-doing.
#2: When making characters, please make the amount that you can handle. That does not mean, however, that you can make over 20 cats. In my opinion, I would say that the maximum amount of characters that you can create is 6 (excluding kits), but that is just me. Also, whilst on the subject of maximums, you cannot create over 5 kits for one litter (because it is very unlikely, if not impossible, for a queen to birth over 5 kits without one or more dying.)
#3: Create realistic looking/behaving characters. Cats cannot fly, run on water, or turn invisible. Also, cats cannot have blood-red pelts naturally, or bright purple eyes at birth. So, if you have trouble making a realistic cat, ask this question; "Have I every seen a cat with this appearance?" If you have not ever seen a black cat with blood red eyes, for example, then that cat is most likely unrealistic and therefor unusable.
#4: Be courteous and kind whilst roleplaying; even in ooc, you should act polite. You need to realize that there are actual people behind those monitors, and they might be offended by what you say. Consider the golden rule at all times; "One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself."
#5: Ask permission to become someone's mate/kill someone's character. This one's pretty simple; so it shouldn't be very hard to follow.
#6: Stay active. I will be okay with you being out for a month; but that is the maximum. If you do not reply within a month, your character will be on the 'overdue' list. That list is to organize characters that were inactive for over a month. If your character ends up there, please consult me with a viable reason for you being unable to post. *Remember to be honest! Lying will not get you anywhere.*
#7: No godmodding; it's unrealistic, rude, and just boring. The roleplay can still be exciting; you just need to get into it more! Godmodding and cheating won't help you with roleplaying, it will just worsen your reputation on this thread, and possibly on this site. It can even force me to erase your character from the allegiances, so it's best for you to just go with the program, like many others do.
Don't be afraid to ask me about anything! I am available for a large period of the day; so you can pm me anything that you feel concerned about.
Blizzardclan Traits
Many clan-born cats of Blizzardclan are well-muscled and skilled at fighting and climbing. Clan-born cats also happen to have pelts that blend in with their surroundings; from light grey to black, and dusky brown to white. Cats often have unusually long fur, which protects them from the harsh elements of their environment. While not every cat has every trait, they often have something similar, or some variation of these traits.
Territory
Blizzardclan territory stretches from a large, flat topped cliff peak, Blizzardclan camp, and reaches out to the base of the snowy mountain they live on. Snow blankets the mountain constantly throughout every season, but in the warmer moons, it becomes more soft and mud-like. Cliffs are sprinkled throughout the territory, allowing cats to have breath-taking views of the area around them. Steams spread from the peak and run down to the base of the mountain during new-leaf and green-leaf.
